  • In unforeseen case, the preferred slots are not available, we will arrange an alternate schedule of the customer’s desire and we will send a new confirmation voucher.
  • Alternatively, the customer can freely ask to cancel their booking before confirmation and get a full refund.

  • Within 10 business days you will get the applicable refund amount.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • If customer cancels the trip 30 days before the date of travel, then we will charge 25.0% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees
  • If the customer cancels the trip 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, then we will Charge 50.0% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
  • If They are 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel, then 100.0% of the total tour cost we deduct as cancellation fees
  • Certain tours or activities might be canceled due to unforeseen weather conditions, union issues like strikes, government restrictions, or any other situation beyond human control. In such cases, you will receive alternate best options. However, we will not refund cash.
